The story of my project Civic EG6 from St.Petersburg , Russia

Hello.
I'll try to tell you my story briefly.
As you all know these cars are very few in decent condition, I mean the body. Almost every old Honda rusts faster than dirty socks or teeth. Especially if you live in St. Petersburg, where the climate is very humid.
One night, when I had insomnia, I monitored the Russian website Drive2.ru , where I first saw this car, it was almost completely in factory condition, at least tuning. I was hooked by the condition of the body, which has never been subjected to welding. All items were factory and paint too.
This car sunk into my head for a long time, because I have never seen such a state, only in photographs from the Internet.
Two weeks have passed and I see familiar photos on the website for car sales. I immediately contacted this guy and began negotiations that lasted longer than a month, I will not write about this for a very long time.
The car was imported from Japan to Russia in 2004. From 2004 to 2017 was in the city of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory in the south of the country.

I received detailed photos and videos of everything that interested me, after which I bought 2 plane tickets and flew with my friend from St. Petersburg to Sochi.Image

During the long communication with the previous owner of the civic, we became good friends. Artyom met us at the airport, held a small tour of the city, after which we went to see the long-awaited eg.

Say that I was happy? This is nothing to say. I was damn happy like a little kid! The guys had a full maintenance with an oil change, all filters and brake pads. For which I am very grateful to them.
Then we waited a long way home 2700km by car, through serpentines and picturesque places of our homeland.

Ah. The great land beyond. The roadtrip pictures are a nice touch. Some of the img-links don't seem to work though.

This is another good condition EG we have here. Keep us updated as you go. Some nice work has been done to it, so far!

Thank's man
This spring i will move the k20 from dc to eg
The only problem that needs to be solved is the low oil pan. With such ground clearence of my car ,distance between the oil pan to the ground will be only 3-5cm
